This semester, the digital scholarship program will host a series of workshops on key digital skills. All members of the campus community are welcome to attend unless otherwise indicated! Check out the schedule below; we’ll add more information about session as they get closer.

  • Digital Storytelling: Our first session will be digital storytelling. We’ll introduce attendees to campus resources for recording, editing, and hosting both audio and video content. Whether you need to make a podcast or Instagram reel, this workshop will leave you with valuable skills! The session will be led by Christine Boyland, Senior Educational Technology Specialist in LITS.
    • Time: Friday, February 27th, 10 am – 12 pm
    • Location: Dalton 20
  • Digital Pedagogy: Instructors have no shortage of tech tools they can use. But which to use and how to use them well? This session will cover how to successfully deploy technology in teaching to both engage students and increase their learning. The session will be lead by Jeff Hopkins, Educational Technology Specialist and is primarily aimed at graduate students and teachers.
    • Time: Friday, March 20th, 10 am – 12 pm
